Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Creme. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What this is
Creme is in development. At present the service does little beyond letting you hold an account, and these terms will be rewritten to describe it properly once it does more.
Nothing here is professional advice. Nothing in this service is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing in it should be relied on to make a decision that matters.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One account per person.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Changing your password in Settings is the fastest response.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use the service to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to reach another person’s account or data.
- Probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on, or work around rate limits or security measures.
- Enter another person’s personal details without their knowledge and agreement.
Your content
What you put into Creme belongs to you and is private by default. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you.
Our content
The design, software and arrangement of Creme belong to Deckster Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may use them to use the service; you may not copy or redistribute them wholesale.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, and as it happens to be available. It may change, break, be interrupted for maintenance, or be discontinued. Features may be added or removed. Please keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose — Settings will download everything held about you.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes it and everything attached to it immediately and permanently. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where the ACL applies and the failure is not one of a major kind, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: Deckster Pty Ltd is not liable for any decision you make in reliance on anything the service shows you, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
How your information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted here and the date at the foot of the page updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
